Call Break is a well-known card game predominantly enjoyed across South Asia, particularly in India and Nepal. The game involves four players, each dealt 13 cards from a randomly shuffled deck.

The game begins with one player shuffling and distributing the cards to all participants. Subsequently, starting from the next player, each participant makes a bid indicating the number of tricks they expect to win in the round. This phase is referred to as "the call."

The player who makes the initial call gains the privilege to lead the first card. The leading player may discard any card from their hand. Following players are required to follow suit with a winning card of the same color if possible; if no winning card of that suit is available, they may play any card of that suit. If neither is possible, a winning spade may be played. If neither condition applies, any card from their hand can be played.

A winning card is defined as the highest-ranked card in the current trick, with spades always outranking other suits. Card values ascend from 2 through 10, followed by Jack, Queen, King, and Ace.

The game consists of five rounds. After completion, the total number of tricks won by each player is tallied; the player with the highest count is declared the winner.

The rules incorporate numerous strategic possibilities, enhancing the game's complexity and entertainment value.
